  1. 6-8 peaches or 6-8 cups of canned peaches
    1 tbls corn starch
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbls water
    1/2 cup sugar

    1 cup flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp baking powder

    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    1 tbls melted butter

    dry ingredients (soft): 1cup of flour 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1tsp Baking powder. (1tsp salt opt)
    Wet ingredients: 1cup sugar
    3/4 cup milk
    vanilla ext 1/2 tsp
    almond ext 1/4tsp
    1Tbsp of melted butter

  3. I made this recipe but my peach cobbler came out more like cake , I think I’ll try homemade crust next time , using the batter was definitely was not a good recipe in my opinion

  4. Please: how many cans of peaches did you use? Canned is my only choice right now and I have NO idea how many cans are 6-8 peaches and no idea if I can use the juice from the can. UPDATES: Okay. I'm gonna use (2) cans, one 15 and the other 20-oz. without the juice but replace the water in the recipe with some of the canned juice as well as some of the milk. LAST UPDATE: Okay. Made it! Very nice, but next time I'll put the peaches in the pan FIRST, and the batter on top, and will make more batter. MAMA T SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL…!
